Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Terms
Tezflow (operated by **Interstellar Bliss Private Limited**) provides SaaS workflow automation on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless explicitly cancelled.
2. Trial Cancellation
Your account begins with a 2-day free testing trial. No credit card details are collected during signup, so you will not be charged automatically once the trial concludes. Access will simply deactivate until a subscription plan is selected.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to **Billing** under Workspace settings.
- Click **Cancel Subscription** and confirm.
- Alternatively, you can request cancellation by sending an email to our support team at info@interstellarbliss.com from your registered account email.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account limits will expire.
4. Refund Policy
Since we provide a 2-day free trial to fully test WABA connections, messages, templates, and webhook flows prior to subscribing, **we do not issue refunds for monthly plans once billed.**
For annual plans, refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis under exceptional circumstances, subject to review by our management team.
5. Meta API Charging Exceptions
Please note that Meta charges conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business Account payment method. Tezflow is not responsible for, nor can it refund, any fees billed by Meta for conversations, messaging templates, or account suspensions.
