1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on Tezflow (operated under **Interstellar Bliss Private Limited**), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Tiers & Free Trial Limits
We offer subscription tiers and an initial testing period:
- 2-Day Free Trial: Limited strictly to 100 broadcast dispatches, 50 patient directory entries, 3 automation flows, and 1 staff/agent seat.
- Deactivation: Once the 2-day trial expires, access to the dashboard is automatically suspended. You must upgrade to a paid subscription or contact sales to reactivate.
- Paid Plans: Growth and Custom plans are billed monthly. Failure to clear invoice payments results in account suspension within 3 days.
3. WhatsApp API & Compliance
Tezflow operates using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring all contacts in your list have explicitly **opted-in** to receive WhatsApp messages.
- Ensuring that message content does not violate Meta's WhatsApp Commerce or Business policies.
- Maintaining valid payment details for Meta's direct conversation billing fees.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Unsolicited spam messages or bulk advertising without prior opt-in.
- Distributing illegal, fraudulent, or harassing content.
- Attempting to bypass application seat limits, data isolation configurations, or security sandboxes.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra.
